This treatment involves the collection of your own blood and is then spun down using a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma from the red/white blood cells. The PRFM is then injected into treatment area. The product injected is 100% your own blood (autologous).
Why is PRFM better than PRP?
PRFM can produce a higher cumulative release of growth factors than PRP. Also, this release is slow and prolonged, making it ideal for tissue regeneration and growth stimulation.
