What is a
Liquid Face Lift?
Recent advancements in technology have made it possible to lift and contour one’s face gently and without surgery in an outpatient setting. Avon plastic surgeon Dr. Felice’s advanced techniques in the combined use of injectables such as BOTOX® and layering of fillers will restore lost volume, shape, texture, and position to the face.
This comprehensive and unprecedented approach to treating sagging facial features is called Liquid Face Lift. You’ll need to meet with Dr. Felice to discuss your options and find out if the Liquid Face Lift is the right choice for you.

How a
Liquid Face Lift Works
Over the years, your face begins to lose collagen, elastin, and fat. This contributes to deflated, sagging facial features and an overall aged appearance. The loss of facial volume and elasticity also leads to the formation of wrinkles, creases, folds, and hollows. Dr. Felice has extensive experience with advanced fillers. Juvederm Voluma XC, Juvederm Volbella® XC, Juvederm Vollure™ XC, and Sculptra® are artfully used to sculpt the face by replacing lost volume due to fat and bone loss. Dr. Felice in Blomfield chooses a combination of fillers with varying characteristics so as to best shape each individual face. He can diminish or correct such problems as drooping eyebrows, dark under-eye circles, sunken areas from under the eyes to the cheek, frown lines, flat cheeks, weak chin, jowls, jawline hollows, and scars. These next-generation dermal fillers provide longer-lasting and more natural results. All of the products used are FDA-approved.
Am I a Good Candidate
For a Liquid Face Lift?
A liquid facelift is best for those who want to correct skin aging without having to go under the knife. Ideal candidates are healthy individuals with no history of extreme allergies.
People with brittle or thinning skin due to sun exposure or genetics may need to consider other treatment options; dermal fillers may cause complications for those with weak or fragile skin. Patients with skin infections in the targeted areas must address them before they can come in for injection treatments.
Your Liquid Face Lift
Treatment
The procedure starts with marking the selected areas as a guide for the injections. Depending on the chosen injectables, local or topical anesthesia may be administered. Certain fillers contain lidocaine (a local anesthetic), so these fillers would make anesthesia unnecessary.
Next, the chosen injectables are injected into the selected areas. Each injection will take a few minutes to ensure the product is injected properly. The whole session should last up to 20 to 35 minutes.
Why Choose a
Liquid Face Lift?
Compared with traditional surgical methods, the liquid facelift method eliminates the need for anesthesia, surgery, stitches, and scars. There’s no risk of infection, bleeding, or hematoma, it’s less expensive and more natural. Best of all, there’s no downtime whatsoever!
Liquid Face Lift
Aftercare
After your treatment session, there will be no recovery period required. Patients will experience a degree of swelling, bruising, and/or redness in the injection areas, but these issues will fade in time. Avoiding strenuous activities is recommended.
Liquid Face Lift
Cost
The price of a liquid facelift will depend on the specific products used. Other factors that may affect cost include the time needed to perform the treatment and the amount of each product required.
